There's a lot of personality in your pencilwork! Bravo!
Elfwarrior strikes me as a great piece. The mix of sketchy lines and rendered face calls for an ethereal, dream-like picture one could find in a fairy tale book or a Planescape product (did I catch a DiTerlizzi influence here and there?).
Elfarcher has a very dynamic pose, but always be mindful of your proportions. The archer's arms are a bit short.
FighterGrrl looks great! The colors and the sketchy lines really make the picture stand out on the page. She just needed a bit more attention to the face (perhaps with a lighter pencil).
Squihopper shows a nice handle of inking. You might want to try inking a less cartoony picture and see how that fares.
Great work!
Draw On!
