Hi! I've been building a full 5E monster journal where you defeat creatures and steal their powers as runes. You get a rune after each fight that changes your abilities.
There's 100+ monsters, 250+ pages, and it's in a sketchbook style.
We added a little hidden real-world puzzle in there too.

We used a mixture of real ink sketches, photoshop and AI retexturing to get the end result. Check it out here:
