Pathfinder 1E A Mythic Dragon PC

One of my favorite third party products of all time is In The Company of Dragons Expanded for pathfinder 1e. So I decided to fully stat up a mythic dragon pc using the rules presented there, as well as the excellent rules and fixes presented by Legendary Games to the general mythic framework. As I was already using third party content to make this work, I used some additional third party content as well beyond just what was provided within In The Company of Dragons, although I did my best to keep it to a minimum. There is a small amount of homebrew as well, but that only serves as fixes to otherwise problematic abilities. All of this creature's abilities are fully statted up within the stat block, so as to avoid the almost mandatory checking of outside material that comes with high-level pathfinder 1e. If you want an extremely high level powerful and competent dragon for use as a npc or even as a campaign villain, then here you go!

Aevum (Su): Rajara has 1 aevum to spend each day. Spending an aevum is a standard action unless an ability says otherwise. Her possible uses of an aevum are as follows:

-Shatter Time (Su): By spending an aevum as a swift action, Rajara gains 1d4+13 additional motes of time to use for the day. This can increase the number of motes available to more than her daily mote total. Any unused motes above her daily maximum are lost when she next regains use of her daily abilities.

Aging Touch (Su): As a melee touch attack, Rajara can deal 10 points of Strength damage to living creatures. Against objects or constructs, she can deal 20d6 points of damage. If used against an object in another creature’s possession, she treats this attack as a sunder combat maneuver. She can use this ability 5 times per day.

Automatic Bonus Progression (modified): Rajara has a +6 enhancement bonus to all ability scores, and a +5 inherent bonus to all ability scores. She has a +5 resistance bonus to all saving throws, a +5 deflection bonus to armor class, a +5 enhancement bonus to natural armor, and a +5 enhancement bonus to her armor or clothing. She also has a +5 enhancement bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls with all weapons, natural weapons, and unarmed strikes that she possesses. These abilities replace the magic items she would normally have.

Birthmark: Rajara’s birthmark serves as a divine focus for casting spells.

Breath Weapon (Su): Once per day as a standard action, Rajara can use one of her breath weapons. Rajara has three different breath weapons, a 60-foot cone that deals 23d6 cold damage, a 60-foot cone that deals 23d6 electricity damage, and a 60-foot cone that deals 23d4 force damage. Those caught in the area of one of her breath weapons can attempt DC 29 Reflex saves to take half damage. Rajara’s breath weapon damage bypasses 30 points of energy resistance or energy immunity from non-mythic sources. Instead of dealing damage, Rajara can use her breath weapon to displace creatures in time. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must succeed at a DC 29 Will save or be shifted forward in time 9 rounds. For an affected creature, it’s as if no time has passed. Rajara’s breath weapons always start at an intersection adjacent to her and extend in a direction of her choice. Rajara can use her breath weapon when she is grappling or being grappled.

Buffing Bottleneck: Rajara may have no more than 12 “buff ” spells or effects affecting her at a time. If she is already at her maximum and another effect would affect her, she may elect to end a “buff ” currently affecting her in order to accept the new effect. Any remaining duration of a buff ended in this way is lost. A “buff ” spell is any beneficial spell with a duration of less than 1 hour. It does not include instantaneous effects, nor effects that affect Rajara’s equipment but do not directly affect her. Continuous magic item effects are not considered “buffs”; however, temporary effects created by magic items are. Any beneficial continuous effect of a magic item does not function until it has been worn or carried on Rajara’s person for 24 hours.

Compulsion: Rajara must make a Will save (DC 33) or attempt to converse with any creatures she encounters (this always breaks any form of stealth). Additionally, Rajara must make a Will save (DC 33) when within 30 feet of a creature expressing strong emotion or affected by an effect with the emotion descriptor to resist expressing that emotion. Rajara must make a Will save (DC 33) or ignore any combat encounter, preferring to watch and wait. She gains a new save at the end of each round she is attacked. She ignores this compulsion if a creature or effect would interfere with the natural temporal order. If it is an ally doing so, she must make a Will save (DC 33) not to attack them. She can attempt a new save each round until successful.

Contingency: Rajara has 5 different contingent spells set up due to mythic contingency. If Rajara is reduced below 100 hit points, she is affected by an augmented mythic heal spell (CL 23). If Rajara is reduced below 0 hit points or fails a saving throw against a death effect, she is affected by a mythic breath of life spell (CL 23). An augmented mythic heal spell (CL 23) is set to trigger immediately after the breath of life spell. The final two contingent spells are identical to the second and third contingent spells, and are set to trigger the second time she is reduced below 0 hit points or fails a save against a death effect.

Crush (Ex): While flying or jumping, Rajara can land on foes as a standard action, using her whole body to crush them. Crush attacks are effective only against opponents three or more size categories smaller than Rajara. A crush attack affects as many creatures as can fit in Rajara’s space. Creatures in the affected area must succeed on a DC 30 Reflex save or be pinned, automatically taking 4d6+21 bludgeoning damage during the next round unless Rajara moves off them. If Rajara chooses to maintain the pin, she must succeed at a combat maneuver check as normal. Pinned foes take damage from the crush each round if they don’t escape.

Deep One: Rajara gains the benefits of freedom of movement while underwater.

Dexterous Claws: Rajara’s front claws are nimble enough to manipulate manufactured tools and hold items without impairing her movement. She can even wield weapons, but cannot wield weapons in two hands, suffers a -2 penalty to all attack rolls with manufactured weapons, and can only move at half land speed while doing so.

Divine Source (Su): Rajara can grant divine spells to those who follow her cause, allowing them to select her as their deity for the purposes of determining their spells and domains. Rajara grants access to 4 domains (chaos, knowledge, scalykind, water) and 4 subdomains (dragon, ocean, thought, whimsy) as if she were a deity, and can grant up to 9th level spells. In addition, Rajara can cast spells from domains she grants. Each day as a spell-like ability, she can cast one spell of each level, selecting from those available to her from her divine source domains and subdomains.

Dragon Sage (Ex): Rajara can always take 10 in Knowledge skills in which she has ranks, can make Knowledge checks untrained, and once per day can treat the result of any Knowledge check as a natural 20. In addition, when selecting her spells known, Rajara may choose divination spells from any class list. If the spell is a different level for different classes, she can learn the spell at its lowest spell level.

Flash of Omniscience (Ex): When Rajara takes 10 on any Intelligence-based skill check, she adds 11 to the result.

Future Sight (Su): If a creature within 110 feet of Rajara uses time stop, she can perceive and interact with the creature normally while the time stop is in effect. Whenever a creature attempts to use a divination effect to gain an insight bonus against Rajara or learn about her future activities, the caster must succeed at a DC 30 caster level check or the effect fails to reveal information or grant a bonus against her.

Glide: Rajara can make a DC 15 Fly check to fall safely from any height without taking falling damage, as if using feather fall. When falling safely, she may make an additional DC 15 Fly check to glide, moving 5 feet laterally for every 20 feet she falls.

Grab (Ex): When Rajara hits a target of her size or smaller with a claw or bite attack, she deals normal damage and attempts to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. Rajara has the option to conduct the grapple normally, or simply use the part of her body she used in the grab to hold the opponent. If she chooses to do the latter, she takes a –20 penalty on her CMB check to make and maintain the grapple, but does not gain the grappled condition herself. Each successful grapple check Rajara makes during successive rounds automatically deals the damage indicated for the attack that established the hold.

Hard to Kill (Ex): Whenever Rajara is below 0 hit points, she automatically stabilizes without needing to attempt a Constitution check. If she has an ability that allows her to act while below 0 hit points, she still loses hit points for taking actions, as specified by that ability. Bleed damage still causes her to lose hit points when below 0 hit points. In addition, Rajara don’t die until her total number of negative hit points is equal to or greater than 60.

Harmful Condition Protection: Harmful conditions that effect Rajara and occur even on a successful save are halved in duration (minimum 0 rounds) if Rajara’s mythic tier is higher than the mythic tier or rank of the creature that created the harmful effect. This does not apply to effects with an instantaneous or permanent duration.

Immortal (Su): If Rajara is killed, she returns to life 24 hours later, regardless of the condition of her body or the means by which she was killed. When she returns to life, she isn’t treated as if she had rested, and doesn’t regain the use of abilities that recharge with rest until she next rests. This ability doesn’t apply if she is killed by a coup de grace or critical hit performed by either a mythic creature (or creature of even greater power) or a non-mythic creature wielding a weapon capable of bypassing epic damage reduction.

Knowledge of the Ages (Su): As a standard action, Rajara can retry any Knowledge skill check she has made within the past minute, gaining a +13 insight bonus on the check. She can use this ability 13 times per day.

Mesmerizing Gaze (Su): Rajara has a gaze attack with a range of 55 feet. Creatures meeting her gaze must succeed at a DC 33 Will save or become fascinated for 11 rounds. As a standard action, Rajara can issue a suggestion (as the spell) to a creature she has fascinated with her gaze. A creature that succeeds at its save against the suggestion effect remains fascinated, but any other form of attack by Rajara or her allies breaks the fascinate effect for all creatures aware of the attack. If Rajara is using a polymorph effect, her mesmerizing gaze is normally suppressed; however, she can target a single creature within 30 feet with her gaze as a swift action.

Mote of Time (Su): Each day, Rajara can spend a total of 3 motes of time. Once a round, as a free action, she can expend a mote to create one of the effects listed below. When the effect grants a bonus to a roll or check, the bonus is equal to +3d4. She can decide to add this bonus immediately after seeing the result of the original die roll. The possible uses of a mote are as follows:

-Personal Casting Time (Su): Rajara may spend a mote to cast a spell with a casting time of 1 standard action or less as a swift action. Rajara cannot cast any other spell on the same round this ability is used.

-Ready for Anything (Su): Rajara may spend a mote to gain a mote bonus to a single initiative roll.

-Retry (Su): Rajara may spend a mote to gain a mote bonus to a single skill check, ability check, saving throw, or caster level check. The roll must represent a single action that occurs entirely within a single round.

-Spare Second (Su): Rajara may spend a mote to take a swift action that does not count against her normal limit of one swift action per round.

-Timeless Burden (Su): Rajara may spend a mote to suspend any armor check penalty or encumbrance penalty she is suffering from for one round.

Mythic Damage Reduction (Ex/Su): Unlike normal damage reduction, Rajara’s damage reduction applies against objects or weapons created by spells, spell-like abilities, supernatural abilities, and similar effects. It does not apply against acid, cold, electricity, fire, sonic, positive or negative energy, or other forms of energy damage. It applies against force effects that create objects or constructs made of force, but not against instantaneous force effects. When a critical hit is confirmed against Rajara and the attack does not ignore damage reduction, Rajara has a percentage chance equal to twice her damage reduction (typically 20%) to negate the critical hit and treat the hit as a normal hit.

Mythic Power (Su): Rajara has 21 uses of mythic power, and regains 5 uses each day. If an ability allows her to regain uses of mythic power, she can never have more than 21 uses. Rajara can use her mythic power in the following ways:

-Amazing Initiative (Ex): As a free action when rolling initiative Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to add her surge die to her initiative roll.

-Defensive Surge (Su): Rajara can expend one use of mythic power as a swift action to roll her surge die and add a luck bonus to her AC equal to the result. She also adds the result of her surge die to her damage reduction as well as the hardness of any items she carries, and she adds twice the result of her surge die to each type of energy resistance she possesses. These bonuses last until the beginning of Rajara’s next turn. If she expends two uses of mythic power, they instead last for five rounds.

-Dragon Sage (Ex): Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to treat the result of any Knowledge check as a natural 20 without it counting against her daily limit.

-Force of Will (Ex): As an immediate action, Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to reroll a d20 roll she just made, or force any non-mythic creature to reroll a d20 roll it just made. She can use this ability after the results are revealed. Whoever rerolls a roll must take the result of the second roll, even if it is lower.

-Flash of Omniscience (Ex): As a free action, Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to ask one question as if using divination, with a 100% chance of a correct answer. The answer doesn’t come from a divine agent, but from her own native understanding; therefore, the answer is never cryptic.

-Fleet Charge (Ex): As a standard action, Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to move up to her speed. At any point during this movement, she can make a single melee or ranged attack at her highest attack bonus, adding 11 to the attack roll. This is in addition to any other attacks she makes this round. Damage from this attack bypasses all damage reduction of non-mythic creatures. Against a mythic creature with damage reduction, she instead ignores 16 points of damage reduction. She can expend two uses of mythic power to use this ability as a move action, or three uses of mythic power to use it as a swift action. She can expend one use of mythic power to use this ability in place of an attack, including as part of an attack action, charge, or as part of a full attack action.

-Inspired Spell (Su): As a standard action, Rajara can expend one use of mythic power, plus one additional use for every 2 levels of the spell, to cast any one divine spell without expending a prepared spell or spell slot. The spell must be on one of her divine class spell lists (or her domain or mystery spell list), must be of a level that she can cast with that divine spellcasting class, and must have a casting time of “1 standard action” (or less). She doesn’t need to have the spell prepared, nor does it need to be on her list of spells known. However, she must have personally observed the spell being cast (including spell-like-abilities and spell effects created by magic items) and identified it with a Spellcraft check in order to cast it in this fashion. When casting a spell in this way, she treats her caster level as 2 levels higher for the purpose of any effect dependent on level. She can apply any metamagic feats she knows to this spell, but its total adjusted level can’t be greater than that of the highest-level divine spell she can cast from that spellcasting class.

-I Will Survive (Ex): When the actions taken by a creature during its turn would reduce Rajara below 0 hit points, she can expend one or more uses of mythic power to survive with 10% of her current hit points (before that creature began its turn) for each use of mythic power she spends. All damage dealt as part of a full attack action is considered a single effect for this purpose.

-Mesmerizing Gaze (Su): Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to use mass suggestion or dominate person instead of suggestion against creatures she has fascinated, or two uses of mythic power to use mass charm monster or dominate monster. A creature that succeeds at its save against these latter effects remains fascinated, but any other form of attack by Rajara or her allies breaks the fascinate effect for all creatures aware of the attack.

-Mythic Breath Weapon: Rajara can expend one use of mythic power as a standard action to utilize her breath weapon without expending any of its daily uses or waiting for any normally required delay.

-Mythic Complex Essence: Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to suppress one of her compulsions for 24 hours.

-Mythic Feat Exchange: Rajara may swap one mythic enhancement feat she has learned for another mythic enhancement feat for which she already has the non-mythic version by spending 1 hour training and expending one use of mythic power.

-Ravaging Time (Su): While in a time stop, Rajara can expend one use of mythic power as a move action to attempt to dispel the time stop (CL 31 against a DC equal to 15 plus the caster level of the time stop). If her check succeeds, the time stop ends and she and the time stop caster are shunted back into the normal flow of time. Rajara can also enter a time stop of her own by expending three uses of mythic power as a standard action. She can maintain the time stop for up to 4 rounds by expending three additional uses of mythic power as a free action at the beginning of her turn during each round of apparent time. When Rajara is acting in a time stop, she can expend additional mythic power to affect a creature that is frozen in time. The target is considered helpless against her attacks, but is not considered a willing target for the purpose of saving throws. She must expend one use of mythic power to allow a standard action she takes while time stopped to affect a non-mythic creature whose CR is 21 or lower, or two uses if the target is a mythic creature. If she creates an effect that affects multiple targets, she must spend this mythic power for each target she wishes to affect. She cannot affect a creature whose CR is 22 or greater.

-Recuperation (Ex): By expending six uses of mythic power and resting for 1 hour, Rajara can regain a number of hit points equal to half her full hit points (up to a maximum of her full hit points) and regain the use of any class features that are limited to a certain number of uses per day. This rest is treated as 8 hours of sleep for such abilities. This rest doesn’t refresh uses of mythic power or any mythic abilities that are limited to a number of times per day.

-Riddling Talk (Su): If Rajara expends one use of mythic power, she can make the check to improve the creature’s attitude after one round of conversation. If she chooses to converse for a full minute, she can treat the result of the check as a natural 20.

-Scrier (Sp): If Rajara observes a creature that is using a scrying effect (including getting a visual image from detect scrying of a creature scrying on her), she can expend one use of mythic power as an immediate action to treat that creature’s scrying focus as a crystal hypnosis ball through which she can implant a suggestion. If the creature fails its save, Rajara becomes attuned to that creature’s scrying focus and immediately becomes aware of whenever that creature is using a scrying effect as long as she is on the same plane.

-Surge (Su): Rajara can expend one use of mythic power to increase any d20 roll she just made by rolling 1d10 and adding it to the result. Using this ability is an immediate action taken after the roll has been made and the results are revealed. This can change the outcome of the roll.

-Sustained by Faith (Su): Rajara can expend one use of mythic power in order to not need to breathe for 24 hours.

-Unstoppable (Ex): Rajara can expend one use of mythic power as a free action to immediately end any one of the following conditions currently affecting her: bleed, dazzled, deafened, entangled, fascinated, fatigued, frightened, shaken, sickened, or staggered. She can expend two uses of mythic power to immediately end one of the following conditions: blind, confused, cowering, dazed, exhausted, nauseated, panicked, paralyzed, or stunned. She must spend one additional use of mythic power to end the effect if the effect she wished to end was caused by a mythic effect. If the effect is permanent, she must spend twice as many uses of mythic power as normal to end the effect. All other conditions and effects remain, even those resulting from the same spell or effect that caused the selected condition. Rajara can use this ability at the start of her turn even if a condition would prevent her from acting.

-Vanishing Move (Su): If Rajara expends one use of mythic power when using this ability, it instead acts as greater invisibility (CL 22).

Mythic Saving Throws (Ex): Whenever Rajara succeeds at a saving throw against a spell or special ability, she suffers no effects as long as that ability didn’t come from a mythic source (such as a creature with a mythic tier or mythic ranks).

No One of Consequence (Ex): Rajara’s mythic nature is a cloak that can shield her from the minds and memories of others. Creatures struggle to recognize her, recall her appearance, remember the nature of conversations they had with her, and recount the actions she took when she was in their presence. If a creature makes a deliberate attempt to recall details about time spent with Rajara, it must succeed at a DC 34 Will save to recall anything beyond vague details. In addition, Rajara is under a permanent nondetection effect (CL 31, DC 46 caster level check to penetrate). She can end this effect at any time, and can resume it as a swift action.

Occultation (Su): While Rajara maintains psionic focus, she emits a psionic field of suggestion to ignore her presence. She does not suffer a size penalty on Stealth checks, and may make Stealth checks even while being observed. This is a mind-affecting effect.

Overcome Curse (Su): Rajara is immune to curse effects, and she can handle, carry, or discard a cursed magic item without harm. If a cursed item has useful functions and a cursed effect (such as armor of arrow attraction) or drawback (such as a mace of blood), she is immune to the cursed effect and drawback, and can still use its other abilities. If a cursed item works normally for a period of time before its curse triggers (such as gauntlets of fumbling), the item stops working for her when the curse would normally trigger. Rajara can ignore the negative effects of her oracle’s curse.

Overland Flight (Ex): Rajara only checks for nonlethal damage once every 2 hours instead of every hour when attempting a hustle or forced march while flying.

Permanent Spells: Through using miracle to duplicate spells and through her own access to permanency, Rajara has rendered the following spells permanent on herself at CL 23. arcane sight, aura sight, comprehend languages, detect magic, enchantment sight, read magic, see invisibility, speechreaders sight, tongues.

Psionic Focus: Rajara can meditate as a full round action to become psionically focused. When she is psionically focused, she can expend her focus on any single concentration check she makes thereafter. When she expends her focus in this manner, her concentration check is treated as if she rolled a 15. Once she is psionically focused, she remains focused until she expends her focus, become unconscious, or goes to sleep (or enters a meditative trance).

Recuperation (Ex): Rajara is restored to full hit points after 8 hours of rest so long as she isn’t dead.

Riddling Talk (Su): Every round a creature spends conversing with Rajara, that creature must succeed on a DC 33 Will save. On a failed save, the creature takes 1 point of Wisdom damage and must truthfully answer one question asked by Rajara. The answers to such questions need not be elaborate but must be truthful, similar to the questions that can be asked of a corpse with speak with dead. Rajara may choose only to compel truthful answers without dealing Wisdom damage. This is a language-dependent mind affecting effect. Every minute that Rajara continues conversing with the creature, she can make a Diplomacy or Intimidate check with a +11 bonus to improve the creature’s attitude.

Scrier (Sp): Rajara can use any reflective surface as a scrying focus, including a pool of water or an ordinary crystal ball.

Speed or Slow Time (Sp): As a standard action, Rajara can speed up or slow down time, as either the haste or slow spell. She can use this ability 3 times per day.

Starflight (Ex): Rajara can survive in the void and fly at incredible speed in outer space. Travel times vary, but a trip within a single solar system should take 3d20 hours, and a trip beyond should take 3d20 days or more if Rajara knows the way to her destination. Rajara can carry one rider of one size category smaller than herself, four passengers two sizes smaller, eight passengers three sizes smaller, or 16 passengers four or more sizes smaller. Passengers are protected from the void of outer space.

Sustained by Faith (Su): Rajara requires no food, water, or sleep. If she has abilities or class features that require rest before they can be regained, she can choose to regain them once per day by spending 1 hour in uninterrupted meditation.

Swallow Whole (Ex): If Rajara begins her turn with an opponent at least one size category smaller than her grappled in her mouth, she can attempt a new combat maneuver check (as though attempting to pin the opponent). If she succeeds, she swallows her prey, and the opponent takes bite damage. Being swallowed causes a creature to take 23d6 points of total cold and/or electricity damage each round, or 23d4 points of force damage each round (Rajara’s choice). Rajara’s swallow whole damage bypasses 30 points of energy resistance or energy immunity from non-mythic sources. Instead of dealing damage, Rajara can choose to displace swallowed creatures in time, shifting them forwards in time 9 rounds. For an affected creature, it’s as if no time has passed. Regardless of what she chooses to inflict, a swallowed creature keeps the grappled condition, while Rajara does not. A swallowed creature can try to cut its way free with any light slashing or piercing weapon by dealing a total of 32 points of cutting damage to Rajara (her interior AC is 24), or it can just try to escape the grapple. If a swallowed creature cuts its way out, Rajara cannot use swallow whole again until the damage is healed. If the swallowed creature escapes the grapple, success puts it back in Rajara’s mouth, where it may be bitten or swallowed again.

Tail Sweep (Ex): Rajara can sweep with her tail as a standard action. The sweep affects a half-circle with a radius of 30 feet, extending from an intersection on the edge of Rajara’s space in any direction. Creatures within the swept area are affected if they are four or more size categories smaller than Rajara. Affected creatures take 2d8+21 damage, but can attempt DC 30 Reflex saves to take half damage.

Temporal Celerity (Su): Whenever Rajara rolls for initiative, she can roll three times and take any one of the results. She can always act in the surprise round, but if she fails to notice the ambush, she acts last, regardless of her initiative result (she acts in the normal order in following rounds).

Time Flicker (Su): As a standard action, Rajara can flicker in and out of time, gaining concealment (as the blur spell). She can use this ability for 20 minutes per day. This duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be spent in 1-minute increments. Each time she activates this ability, she can treat it as the blink spell, though each round spent this way counts as 1 minute of her normal time flicker duration.

Time Hop (Su): As a move action, Rajara can teleport up to 200 feet per day. This teleportation must be used in 5-foot increments. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Rajara must have line of sight to her destination to use this ability. She can bring other willing creatures with her, but she must expend an equal amount of distance for each creature brought.

Toxic Blood (Ex): Rajara can use her blood to envenom a claw or weapon that she wields. This is a swift action that can be used 10 times a day, and can only be used when she is injured. Rajara is immune to her own toxic blood.

Toxic blood – Type: injury; Save: Fort DC 30; Frequency: 1/round for 6 rounds; Effect: 1 Con; Cure: 1 save.

Unfettered Predator: Rajara can only wear armor designed expressly for draconic bodies. She increases the armor check penalty of any worn armor by 2, and suffers a -2 penalty on attack rolls while wearing medium or heavy armor even if she is proficient with it. She also reduces her maneuverability rating by one step when flying while wearing medium or heavy armor. These penalties apply regardless of any armor proficiency Rajara has.

Vanishing Move (Su): As a swift action, Rajara can make herself invisible until the end of her turn. This effect ends if she does anything other than move.

I have a question. Why is the action economy different for some of the Mythic Abilities such as Fleet Charge? It's normally a swift action to activate.

What is your lore? Feel free to post, like, that is, as long as you are ok with giving your ideas away on the internet.
