A new campaign, need some ideas.

Against the Elves

See if you can find any references to Forrester's "Against the Elves" campaign. The PCs were Orcs, but other than that, the campaign could be similar to yours (and the ideas others are throwing out).

Or, you could start with a couple simple adventures (like from Dungeon maybe) and simply let the ripple effect do its thing. You know the ripple effect, don't you? Every action the PCs take "ripples". That guy you offended? Well, he's back. He went over to the other side. He's hunting your Uncle Jim. He turned out to be a Doppleganger and now he is you Uncle Jim. And that's just one guy. Imagine how many people you offend/ earn the respect of/ arouse the curiosity of in just one adventure.

By the time you get through three or four Dungeon adventures, the world begins to write itself. Oh, and you know your local Shaman? He's actually a really nice guy, he just has a gambling problem and lost the tribe's fertility fetish to the Bugbear shaman. No more "Ook ook" 'till you get it back
