I suspect she'd want to be as attractive as she could safely get away with, but it wouldn't affect her charisma much at all, given her military demeanor and unwillingness to open up in social situations. (Showing your weaknesses gets you hurt, or killed. She's had this drilled into her very well. It's almost suprising her charisma is what it is.
