I just had an amusing mental image of a dozen pirates sitting at a table discussing their nefarious plans, and each one of them is wearing an eyepatch.

It must be pretty raucous in there, what with the pirates growling their plans at each other, the parrots squawking over the pirates, and the pirates rumbling even louder to be heard above the birds, and the birds screeching to be heard...

One might call that quite comedic.
