A plane of life and death, The Hall of Time

First Post
Hey, for some reason I got an urge to watch All Dogs go to Heaven, and it inspired me to make this plane. It's easily droppable into any cosmology, but if you're using the Great Wheel cosmology, it is surrounding the spire, above the Outlands and below Sigil.

Anyways, here it is.

The Hall of Time

The Hall of Time is a bit of a misnomer, not actually being a hall but rather resembling the Plane of Air in that it is infinitely large and totally empty except for the omnipresent clocks.

The Hall of Time contains a literally infinite number of clocks and watches, no two of which are the same, one for every being which is, ever will be or ever has been alive. The vast majority of the time pieces are inactive, either having been stopped when the being they were associated with died or not having been started yet as they await a future birth. All in all, finding a running clock is a rare thing, and a powerful thing, for holding one in your hands it quite literally holding a life in your hands.

People frequently come to the Hall of Time searching for the clock of a loved one, an enemy, even themselves. None ever have succeeded.

There exists one being, known as The Timekeeper, who presides and watches over the plane and is capable of finding anyone's clock by their true name, a unique name given by the gods no two of which, like the clocks, are ever the same. The Timekeeper is an enigmatic being which some say no mortal eye has ever seen. Whenever a god grants a ressurection spell to one of their followers, they must ask The Timekeeper to wind the intended target's clock. It rarely refuses. Some speculate that The Timekeeper is a servant to the gods, others say that it is one of their peers and merely does their bidding to gain favor for some future event, and there are hundreds of other guesses as to The Timekeeper's true nature. Only it and the powers know for sure.

The Hall of Time has the following traits:

*Subjective Direction Gravity
*Timeless. Age, hunger, thirst, poison, and natural healing don’t function in The Hall of Time, though they resume functioning when the traveler leaves the The Hall of Time.
*Alterable morphic. (Should it be Highly morphic? or even static?)
*No Elemental or Energy Traits
*Strongly neutral-aligned.
*Normal magic.
