Great, now it's not a Gibbering Mouther that warps reality, but it's a radioactive Gibbering Mouther that warps reality and shoots gamma ray beams from his numerous eyes, and can cast reality-burning-and-warping fireballs at-will.

That's if you are lucky. If you blew up a hydrogen bomb in my world, it would be 99% likely that the resulting explosion would have the 'living spell' template applied to it.
