A Question on Spells

Is there a spell in the 3.5 lexicaon that allows you to teleport others to you? Like the old 2e Succor?

I believe I saw one but I don't remember what it was called or if the memory is faulty.

It's called Refuge in the SRD. It makes an item that lets the user teleport to your home in case of an emergency, or lets the user summon you.
