A Race!(Orlandu wins by a hair)

"A brilliant light blinds the judges and Lyodin and before he reliazes what it was he sees Orlandu almost at the goal. Lyodin spints to the fountain to regain lost time. He catches up with Orlandu at the last moment and they both jump for the scarf. And at that moment time slows down as inch by inch the fighters close to the scarf. Then all of sudden Orlandu sucker punches Lyodin as he grabs the Scarf.


Point and match to Orlandu.

Lyodin you have lost a rank. Your are now a copper sash 1.

Orlandu you have won the race. You are now a green belt 1.

Lyodin just lies on the cold cobbles of the road for a long time. He eventually picks himself up and dusts off his clothes. With a sigh, he looks back towards the market square and gawks at the destruction his and Orlandu's scramble caused. Carts are laying on their sides and upside down. Booths are torn to shreds, and newly freed livestock run wild. Shoppers pick their way through the mess looking for injured and loved ones.

"I'm impressed. Well I must say that was an absolute blast. Good race, and here's two yen so I can keep face."
