A silly, simple question

A while back, I remember reading in Eberron that all curative magic is rendered inert in the Mournland. Now, for the life of me, I can't find the page where I read that. I've gone over the Mournland chapter half a dozen times, but if it's there I keep missing it. Could anyone give me the page number? Thanks very much.
