First Post
I was thumbing through Dragon #288 and can across the article tag team terror (the one with two creature combos). And I began to think what Template combos of only two templates on a base creature, are extremely nasty, and then it hit me... Psionic Vampire Sorcerers!

Here is one more:

Pseudonatural Half-Fiend Mindflayer: Mini Cthulhu, CR only 12

Feel free to post your template combos here, the rules are simple: One base creature, and a maximum of two templates. Well, get on with it then :D

Twoheaded Destrachian Half-blue dragon. CR 14 or 19 depending on how you see the sonic attack.

Add the Paragon template and the Pseudonatural template (both from ELH) to a Colossal + Age cat 12 prismatic dragon:

Prismatic dragon (age cat 12): CR 66

Pragon: +12

Pseudonatural: +10

Final CR 88

Ouch... Hmm... I find it interresting that WotC has made two different Pseudonatural templates...So what should we call those Pseudonatural Templates (the old template is from Tome and Blood™ and Manual of the Planes™.) I would say that calling the old one Psudonatural(I) and the new one for Pseudonatural(II) to avoid confusion. But what is the difference between the two? Ah, I'll probably find out when I get the epic book... oh, well

Others:

Great Shadow Wyrm with the Half-Fiend and Dracolich templates is a favourite.

As is the following:

Half-Dragon (Red) Ghost Tarrasque

And make sure the undead tarrasque is ridden by a:

Half-Fiend Death Knight Black Guard :D

Later,

Paragon Greater Doppleganger half-dragon, Theif 10, Druid 20, Shifter 10

Greater doppleganger 12

Paragon +12

Half-Green dragon + 2

CR 66

Ceremorph undervile shadow

Ceremorph +8

Underville(By use of Creature guestimator) 18

Shadow +1

27

Thats not right....
