A U Gods

I'm looking for any recomendations of books that will allow me to have Gods in a setting which currently doesn't have them. I.e. Arcana Unearthed. Any recomendations would be appreciated.

Monte Cook's published setting for AU, The Diamond Throne, has gods. I may not be understanding you correctly - you can put just about any gods you like in an AU setting, so any source for gods you like should work OK. If you're asking how to put a cleric-type class into AU, there's at least one such class over on:

If you're looking for a set of gods to put in a AU campaign, complete with mythology, you can't go wrong with Book of the Righteous by Green Ronin.

I'm a little confused... are you looking for:

1) Recommendations on how to add gods to a pre-existing campaign that didn't have them previously
2) Some pre-gen gods to drop into a campaign setting
3) Rules for creating your own gods for a CS.

For the third option, there are two ways to go: just make them up, similar to the ones in the PHB. Or buy Deities and Demigods for more in-depth god-making rules and example pantheons. It would fulfill #2 that way as well.

It sounds more like

4) A setting free of gods that I can drop gods into suddenly?

Though I never owned it, was Dark Sun deity free? That's the only other one that I can think of. AU is "deity-free" in the sense that there's no clerics. Plus it's a spiffy system, so you can't go wrong buying it.

If that's what you're after, DarkLore has no gods, they all mysteriously disappeared about 500 years prior to the start the typical game. It would certainly be doable to add gods into this seting.

Plus our system is also noteworthy. Check out the reviews here at ENWorld (3 five-star reviews so far!)

Dark Sun was indeed diety free. I believe the Dragon ate them all *grin* Ok kidding there but he probably could have.

Yes AU is indeed cool, I'm excited to run it next session after this coming session of Paranoia. AU has gods, however, they aren't exactly in a position to answer prayers generally. They are (possibly) frozen in ice at the top of the world. The Faen also are constantly discovering new gods (to quote Eddie Izzard, "Simon, God of Hairdos").
