If I'm reading things right, they do not lose powers, but could lose luster in their appearance. Eventually their hair turns gray, or some gray and they get some wrinkles and such. Most worlds that I seen do not have much with heart disease or cancer, but I would think they do not get things like this. I would think that they look good until later than most and then still look better than most.
