Not so much. They're not robots, just... heartless. The same way that Fey are heartless; they are their nature, their purpose, and little room for emotion. They're as much a robot as an animal is.Angels on the other hand are, according to Worlds & Monsters (so, possibly outdated, but Idoubt it that much) simply humanoid robots with divine powers in them.
