If you only use the minis for RPGing (like me), I'd recommending buying a couple of boosters of each at the game store, then buy singles online to make sure you get what you want. Rares are very expensive so I generally just buy commons and uncommons and get plenty of goodness that way.

I've personally had good experiences with The Card Vault (five different purchases) and Popular Collections (one purchase). If you buy a bunch of figures, the shipping becomes very minimal.

Iconusa.com is also another site consider when purchasing minis. Course it is a Florida based company so if you're outside the US, might be a little more expensive.
