On the character sheet it has a column next to ability modifiers for ability modifier + 1/2 level. I was trying to figure out why they went to the trouble.
Isn't it only used for skills and the random power?
On the attack and damage workspace it has a place for 1/2 level separately from ability, as does defenses and initiative.
Am I missing something?
This just keeps bugging me.
