About time for another Polyhedron minigame specuation thread

That's an interesting idea. With writing on Recoiled winding down, we have begun preliminary discussions of what we should tackle next. We have a few good ideas for product follow ups to Recoiled and have even posted one (Judge's Lawbook) to our main webpage. But, I'll have to pass it on to the rest of the Dog House Gang.

Well, the time period is right, anyway. A standalone Victorian era book could still offer crossover potential with Sidewinder.

I guess I'd like to see a "toolbox" approach for a game like that...something which would support relatively straightforward games a la Quatermain or Holmes, but with the option to throw in the Golden Dawn or steamtech or vampire hunting with Van Helsing or Moreau.

What I like about Sidewinder is what I like about Polyhedron minigames...it's something different, maybe something I would've never thought about using as a setting.

6. Four words that mean "adventure" --- monkeys, pirates, ninja, and zombies. Now, I'm not saying a single minigame should try to put them all together...but if you can find a way...
why does that remind me of a Penny Arcade/Mega Tokyo/Real Life Comics crossover d20 game?

Two more things...

1. It's a direct link to a pic on the site that Tarrasque Wrangler linked in his "Pirates & Ninjas don't mix" post.

2. If the size is an issue for you, then re-posting it in your reply probably wasn't the greatest decision. :)

Actually, the latest issue of Dragon tells us what the newest minigame will be; check out my post on in General.

Dark Matter, eh?

Groovy.

The original campaign setting is probably the single finest RPG book ever made.

Wonder if it's a standalone, or a d20 Modern campaign? I hope it's the latter, with a nice alternate magic system...

I've been somewhat *bleh* over the D20 western games I've seen.

Other than Deadlands D20 and Sidewinder I am not aware of any other western d20 rpgs. Maybe you guys could point the rest out to me?
