About to start a solo Eberron game... Adventure synopsys...

The PC will be a Morgrave University archaeologist trying to hit it big. He's a Rogue, but instead of sneak attack he gains Fighter bonus feats whenever he'd gain more sneak attack. Starting at level 6. The adventure is still being hammered out a bit (specially the challenges), and I'll probably leave it vague enough to wing it during play. I'll also be introducing a 4th-level NPC that will be the loyal sidekick to the PC. So here it is.

Sharn
Message calling for archeological help is met with disdain. PC, having been a student of the professor, and wanting to strike a big discovery, takes up the travel. Morgrave University pays for a wind galleon fare to Xen’drik and a letter of marque, in exchange for first buy rights of all discovered artifacts.
Challenges: NPC interaction, possibly sea encounter.

Stormreach
PC arrives and finds professor, who instructs PC to take a boat upstream to Last Hope, the joint Jorasco-Gallanda establishment. From there, he must trek to the east for three days to find the pssible location of an ancient temple that dates to the Giant period of Xen’drik.
Challenges: NPC interaction, possibly a mugger.

Last Hope
PC arrives at Last Hope and hears stories of a Forest fire season going on. He is told to be careful and hears stories of survivors of lizardfolk raids on caravans. They use poisoned arrows.
Challenges: NPC interaction.

Jungle
PC is trekking through the jungle when fast footsteps approach. He sees a bound drow male running towards his location, then stop, blinded by the sun at a clearing. At that moment, poison dusk lizardfolk emerge, and one aims an arrow at the drow. If PC doesn’t intervene, drow is hit by poisoned arrow. Hopefully, PC helps drow warrior fight off the lizardfolk. Lizardfolk have been raiding a lot lately, specially after forest fires. Those forest fires happen soon after a bright light is seen atop a nearby mountain. Drow volunteers to accompany the PC, since he is the last survivor of his tribe and is honorbound to help the man who saved his life.
Challenges: poison dusk lizardfolk, maybe a sailsnake or some other jungle native.

Temple of the Sun
Temple is located on an extinct volcano, and the caldera has become a lake. The temple is only reached through a raft or swimming. A blackscale lizardfolk is able to enter the top room since he is Large (the ziguratt was constructed by elven slaves for an ancient Eldritch Ogre tribe), and he does so every week to order the eye to sear a local tribe or caravan, always at dawn. As the PCs enter, they must fight creatures and bypass traps, and finally reach the Eye. After defeating the last guardian of the eye, they notice the lizardfolk swimming underwater towards the temple and scaling the outside walls, bypassing the entire complex. The final fight is against the Blackscale lizardfolk.
Challenges: traps, alchemical beetle that attacks any Medium or smaller creature in the top room, blackscale lizardfolk.
