What is it supposed to do?

It's a desktop PC, modded beyond belief.

For those apprehensive of clicking the link, I'll tell you what it is: a Japanese PC enthusiasts designed and built a life-size fantasy-themed anime-babe (think anime take on Red Sonya, here) out of foam, styrene and other materials, all of which was an extreme example of what is commonly known as 'case-modding'. Internally, she is a liquid-cooled PC...externally she is a busy, anime-babe statue.

The page is the construction of the anime-babe PC, from sketch to design to actual completion and taking it to conventions to show off. More geeky than risque, depending on your office.

The second link is to some of his other work, which includes two other life-size anime girls, a RX-78 Gundam, a tautaru head from Final Fantasy and a naked half-girl cast in white, which is definetly NWS.

Unreal! I really like the idea of a PC that is aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. It reminds me of the Christmas Story leg-lamp. Electric sex all over again.
