I went and ordered a few miniatures and paints from the Reaper site. Anybody have problems?

With Reaper?

I've never ordered directly from them, but the products are all good. They're the only paints that I use and most of my players use a Reaper mini to represent their character. Good stuff all round.

I've found their service a bit erratic. Never truly bad, but sometimes slow. They are generally friendly, though, and a call or letter gets things moving straight away.

Reaper shouldn't give you any trouble at all. They do prefer, from what I hear, that you try and get stuff from the stores first, but they would rather have you get it from them than not at all. They're very supportive of the Local Games Stores, I have heard.
