The acronyms remind me of White Lotus Master Riposte (one of the White Lotus feats from Dragon Magazine).

yeah, PEACH is correct, above, but I have never seen the first three. What context did you see them in?

All over the wotc forums. Char-op and general mostly. They were mostly popping up in the discussion on the knights and basic attacks. At least that's the threads that I've been reading.

Your first quote is, as Paragon Graufalke mentioned earlier, referring to White Lotus Master Riposte (a Paragon tier feat that grants extra MBAs - that is, Melee Basic Attacks). The second quote looks like it might be a typo that is also referring to White Lotus Master Riposte (WLMR instead of MLMR). And from your original post, I'm guessing that MLP is a further corrupted typo abbreviation of White Lotus Master Riposte (Master Lotus Riposte). These are just guesses, though.
