woah, that's a tough one. I mean, Pg 19 of the DMG does have some quality DM info on generating ability scores and all, but Pg 97 of the PhB gives overall information on weapons , both qualities and descriptions.

I think I'm gonna go with Pg 97, because the information there is more usable by everyone who enjoys sitting down for a good roleplay.
