The 2E PHB is now available as a pdf at D&D claasics.com for those interested. I'm sure the DMG and Monster Compendiums shouldn't be too far behind.

You're probably right, but I hope they release all the compendiums someday. As a pdf rather than a print product it will be easy to print out monsters one per page and actually organize them to taste.

Good Old Games just put up all the Gold Box AD&D games, too, including Unlimited Adventures.
