Non Player Compendium Volume 1 is a 16-page PDF, written by Bret Boyd (known on EN World as "Napftor"), featuring 5 detailed NPCs ready for GMs to drop into their existing campaigns. Each NPC features a complete stat block, quick reference paragraphs for appearance/personality, background, and combat tactics, information concerning what the NPC might be doing when encountered, and an adventure hook.

We have all been in a situation where stats were needed for an unexpected foe. That’s where the last pages of this volume come in handy—just the stat blocks, stripped of all flavor text and assigned possible occupations and/or positions they might represent for ease of GM use.

I wanted to keep this first volume simple. But later volumes (assuming sales warrant them) will likely include snippets of open gaming content from other publishers. But don't let these "standard" races/classes fool you. There's a lot to offer in the fluff that you can only find out by laying down $3.00 for.
