Adapting other material to Iron Heroes

I picked up the PDF last night, but I have not had time to read it.

I know that the conversion rules in IH are kind of lacking when it comes to importing classes to the system.

I am interested in people’s thoughts on what it would take to balance a non-Iron Heroes class against an IH class.

I personally plan on running in a low magic item environment, but not necessarily one without other forms of magic.

What do you think needs to be added to classes like the Magister (AE), Witch (AE), Ritual Warrior (AE), Oathsworn (E), Psion (XPH), Psychic Warrior (XPH), or Psychic (Psychic's Handbook) to make them equals in power to IH classes when magic items are practically non-existent?

Do you think they need upgraded BAB values?

What defense progressions should one use for primary-casters, secondary-casters, and non-casters?

Should class abilities that use the "per day" mechanic be adjusted to use a token mechanic?

I particularly think the game needs an Oathsworn or Monk type unarmed combat specialist. Does anyone have any ideas on how to best adapt one (or both) of these classes to IH?
