Addendum to old thread: WotC Customer Negligence

I cannot find the thread named WotC customer negligence and since searching is turned off I cannot use that feature. This is the addendum to that thread that I said I would post when the issue was resolved.

Within 24 hours of posting this, I got a response from someone who works for WotC with about this issue. Unfortunatly is was friday, after closing time, when I got the instructions on how to get the replacement book.
I followed his instructions monday and was very please with the customer service that I received on the phone. They were very appologetic over the whole matter. I shipped my monster manual out the next day.
It took exactly 14 days from the day my MM left my hand until the new one was in it. That is a good turn around time. I got a free copy of Enemies and Allies, which was on my to buy list, for my trouble.

As a side note, my new MM has a sticker over the bar code with a new bar code, isbn and price - the new price $44.95 - ouch I'm glad that replacement was free that's almost double what I paid for it in the first place.

Is it a second printing (hopefully including all the errata)? Or just the same printing with a new price sticker?
