Adding a Template? [e-tools]

Someone help out a dumb half orc and explain how I go about adding a (vampire) template to a human character.....?

Maybe it's my low intelligence score but I can't seem to get it figured out.

See, I told you I was dumb - I just saw this question further down the page and see (unhappily) that it cannot be done.

One day I hope for a decent chargen program with all the builder books, templates, items, PRC's and everything in it - and that it works....

Am I dreaming?

Well, I created all the races with the vampire template modifications. Eric Noah added some information to them for printing purposes.

As long as you don't mind manually changing hit points, templates are actually pretty easy to create. Remember though that a new template must be created for each race/template combination.
