Not all of these are my ideas, I did some digging around on other forums to compile this list. Some are from my memory.
DISCLAIMER: The following suggestions are NOT about adding spells to the Sor/Wis list, but pointing out ways you can do healing as a Sor/Wis.
A few Arcane Healing options:
-The line of Repair spells, if you and/or your allies are constructs, so the Warforged race from Eberron or something similar.
-Synostodweomer spell from Spell Compendium p.218. Sor/Wis level 7 spell. As a swift action, you cast this spell, than the next spell you cast is converted into healing energy, you use it on yourself or touch someone else to cure 1d8xspell level converted.
-Healing Touch spell from Spell Compendium p111. You can heal up to 1d6 points of damage per two caster levels, you personally take half that as damage.
-Sorcerer only spell in Dragon Magic, p.74: Undying Vigor of the Dragon Lords. Cure 5d6 + option to sacrifice a spell slot for extra 1d6 per level of that spellslot. SELF ONLY. Doesn't use positive energy, so an undead sorcerer can use it too.
-Tomb Tainted Soul feat from Libris Mortis p.31 allows for healing from Negative Energy and taking damage from positive energy. There are some negative energy arcane spells, but I'm not recalling which right now.
-UMD wands, such as Wand of Lesser Vigor. Great for between battle healing.
-Summon Monster spells that summon creatures with healing abilities.
-I saw a build once using Arcane Disciple to access the healing domain to qualify for the Combat Medic PrC from Heroes of Battle p.99. Full spellcasting progression PrC. At level 5 you gain the ability to spontaneously lose a 6th or higher spell to cast Heal. You also gain some handy class abilities like a bonus to defensive casting of any spells, Mobility and Evasion. Not as nifty as some other Sor/wis possible PrC's, but better than going full Sorcerer, for the cost of a feat. A high Wisdom is useful for making the most of this PrC, but not required.
Um... I know there are more options, that's all I got now.
