Book of the Righteous is indeed good. The Scarred Lands gods are also very good.Artos said:
However, Arcana Unearthed has gods; The Diamond Throne name several of them, from the one pantheon that some people follow, to some individual ones. It's just that most non-human cultures there don't worship gods (save for the faen, who have thousands upon thousands of them; there's a thread on Monte's board that gives lists of faen gods names) and the humans, who did, turned away from them for the most part because the gods did nothing against the dramojh. They don't have any stats or domains (since that concept doesn't exist in AU) listed, but they should be pretty self-evident if you wanted to add them.

And then there's Deities and Demigods with info on creating pantheons (it also contains the D&D pantheons and three others, based on real-world pantheons: Olympic, Asgardian, Pharaonic) and the Forgotten Realms deity book Deities and Demigods (containing over 100 gods).

I'm a little confused... are you looking for:Artos said:
1) Recommendations on how to add gods to a pre-existing campaign that didn't have them previously
2) Some pre-gen gods to drop into a campaign setting
3) Rules for creating your own gods for a CS.
For the third option, there are two ways to go: just make them up, similar to the ones in the PHB. Or buy Deities and Demigods for more in-depth god-making rules and example pantheons. It would fulfill #2 that way as well.
