The bisexuality inducing gaze thing was just for flavor. Your suggestions are good - The base features (HD, Saves, BAB) definately need to be toned down if the special abilities are going to remain. Thanks for the feedback.

In order to use the abilities of any given level of Passionate, he must have had sexual contact a number of times within the last 24 hours at least equal to the level of Passionate that the ability is acquired at.

For example, if a Passionate has sex three times, gaining the ability Seductive Grace, and then one of his partners is killed, he immediately loses that ability, retaining only his second level abilities until he once more has sexual contact.

Does the Passionate need to have contact with diffrent partners/is the power ability tied to the number of partners instead of number of contacts?
Your example for slain partners implies that every partner counts as one contact. What if the Passionate had numerous contact with only one parter?

When I wrote it down, I only meant it to be number of times you had sexual contact - Didn't matter with who. Now that I think about it, tho, requireing them to get it on with different partners could serve as a useful balancing agent to counterbalance their significant abilities. I'll edit it to count as different partners.
