Advancing a Legendary Snake and Poison

Hi all,

I have a legendary Snake (16 HD) that has been advanced to 32 HD. The poison DC for the regular snake is 25. Are there any rules for improving the DC of the poison? Is there a calculation for poison DC's like there are for Spell Like abilities or Undead level drain?

Also, should the size of the snake increase? Legendary anmals already break the rules re: HD and size, as in they are intended to stay the same size as a standard animal of their type.

The formula is in the MM. Advanced creatures get a very high save DC.
