The flames around the pile of rubbish surge and crackle, drawing the attention of the pick wielding gnome. A flaming pseudopod erupts from the flames, and strikes the gnome hard in the chest. The gnome screeches and falls smoking to the ground. Doggie strikes out at the bum, be he swats the jaws away with his hand.

The enemies react quickly to the fall of their comrade. The leader swings his glaive at Rohna, tricking the goliath into ducking the high strike. Now compacted, the captain slams the haft of his glaive into Rohna's chin, making her see her allies as her enemies.

The bum strikes out at the blind half-orc, but trips over his cloak that previously concealed his heavy armor. Tondrek is easily able to dodge.

The shifty gnome wearing leather stabs at Roswyn barely finding a gap in her defenses. Even blind, she knows the attack is coming and creates an arcane barrer around her to protect her. The gnome's weapon scrapes against the shield and he curses.

The sound of crossbows clicking are once again heard as bolts fly down at the combatants. The chaos of the combat distracts most of them. Roswyn's patience is well done as she is able to anticipate the shot of one of the other gnomes. One bolt does catch her from behind though, slicing into her hip. One of the other gnomes on the bridge with Shava is distracted by the magic user's confidence, and his bolt flies well wide of her shoulder.

The other previously invisible fires off a shot at the half elf as well, and it sinks into her calf. A relatively minor wound though. All the gnomes step away from the edges of the bridges, out of sight of those below again.

"Shiftless Fey Rats!" Shava shouts trying to goad the gnome out of hiding. She turns instead to his ally on the other side of the bridge. Charging toward him she weaves her dagger, and stopping only five feet from the enemy, she unleashes another burst of thunder rattling her target. Her dragonmark grows warm as she unleashes her power, and the gnome, shaken by the thunder stumbles towards her.

The beggar collapses, and there is a burst of motion from it's chest as a creature flies off him and off the bridge. It looked almost like a bat.

Slowly the man's face and body changes into that of a warforged. A strange looking 'forged though. The majority of him is made of darkwood, with steel plates intermixed. Green vines seem to make up the muscles of the warforged.

Brenron points his staff toward the glaive wielder and then one arm toward the crossbow wielder engaged by Shava and sends a bolt of lightning toward each.

Round 3 Action:

Rohna moves expertly around the glaive weilder again blocking any escape route, with Mitra falling into place beside her. She takes a revitalizing overhand strike at him, the hammer landing on his shoulder before the goliath's skin returns to it's normal sheen. She's not sure if the blow penetrated his armor though. "When you met us we had just taken out 20 members of a kobold gang that have been kidnapping and murdering shopkeepers in YOUR district for weeks. And this is how you thank us?" She makes sure she's speaking loud enough so that any bystanders that might be hiding nearby can also hear her.
