ooc: Anton, being unsure quite what to do, would go along with Cade's plan of tying her to the bed if he suggests it (which I'm guessing he does)

*After tying Sykhia up to the bed, before long, she begins to stir, whispering softly with a slight frown:*

"Oh Valaryn, I had such a terrible dream that..." she rubs up against the binding ropes and her eyes shoot open and she glances around, "It wasn't a dream! What have you done with me, you bastard!? Show yourself, you scum! Murderers! Where have you...Daddy's inn? Daddy! These murdering kidnappers are trying to abduct me!" her voice raises and she begins to shout as loudly as she can.

Tandi's peaceful reverie, alone and relaxing in her hot bath, is broken by the sound of that annoying little girl screaming some incoherency. Deciding that it wasn't her turn to watch Sykhia, Tandi focuses on the moment and tries to drown her out by chanting a mantra to herself.

Cade, having drawn the first watch, speaks, "Yer father's not in, so please keep it down. We tied ya up so ye didn't do something foolish like killin yerself. Once we find yer father we can get this straightened out. Now please, get some rest, we might be traveling in the morning."

"In case you don't remember, I was sleeping when you went on your murderous rampage, so I'm not tired. Let me out! Help, I'm being abducted! Somebody help me! These people are murderers!"

Thurgan Hammer, Dwarven Craftsman

Thurgan heard the screaming next door. It was annoying to be certain . . . but nothing that the dwarf couldn't ignore. He could sleep through the erratic, drunked, hammerings and yammerings of Master Drewer during the night, so Thrugan was fairly confident he could sleep through this. Nevertheless, he cracked his door open and watched down the hall for a while - to help with dealing with others if it came to that.

While he waited he fashioned a bit and leather straps from odds and ends. From spare leather pieces he worked on a chin strap for the bit . . . just in case it was necessary.

"You've tied me up! And you're going to hand me over to that awful Larue, I know it! I bet he gave you money and a title too--you people are all the same! Let me go! Help! Help! Somebody!"
