OOC: RA's been a but busy of late, but he hopefully should be a bit more available soon. I think we're nearing the end

(OOC: I would say it would be hopefully I don't become more available soon However, hopefully or not, I did )

*The group rests up and eventually readies to head out with Sashal. She takes them further to the east among the shifting sands, following strange arcing paths as if listening to the winds and the blowing drifts of sand. Eventually, Sashal raises a hand and turns to the group:*

"We walk a branching path--if we continue in a straightforward direction, there will be sharp danger but it will be brief. If we take a spiral path, there will be more dangers, but less intense, and the path will be longer."

 

[Bront]

"I've always been one for the direct approach," Cade says.

 

[Rystil Arden]

*Sashal nods.*

"If that is your wish, then we shall proceed through the sharp danger. Do you wish to consult your comrades?"

 

[Brain]

Scun frowns. "Can you tell us any more about this danger? How long until we come across it? Anything?"

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Fate speaks in riddles, whispers, ineluctable intimations. I am afraid that a direct answer is beyond me, though I can give you what I have said, which at least carries more of the patterns of the threads I see than the 'Weal' or 'Woe' that the apprentices learn."

"I agree, lets us take the shorter route."

Is Sashal leading the group the opposite direction of where Tandi is?
