(OOC: Searching what? Which knowledge would he like to apply?)
The walls first, for anything atypical--maybe alternate passages, or runes, or anything that might provide a clue. Afterwards, the area around the statue and the statue itself (unless I'm misunderstanding the layout of the room).

I doubt K(Nature) would help, but K(Dungeoneering) has a remote chance of proving useful underground here...

"You do not think the sequence will make a difference? Or do you have an order?" Anton sounds a bit confused by Cade's approach to the mosaics.

(OOC: 10 or 20 on the searches?)

[SBLOCK=Anton's Know: Dung]*Anton thinks, with his knowledge of dungeoneering, that the entire building was built slightly on a very minor slant such that the statue at the centre is also at the lowest point of the room. It doesn't really affect anything much and probably isn't very important, but if he dropped a marble and got it moving, it would roll towards the statue.*[/SBLOCK]

<Maybe something is under the statue...>

"Well, I am going to look for something that may help. I am not an expert at searching for oddities, so any assistance would be appreciated."

ooc: If taking 20 would take me over an hour, then take 10 (if someone joins in to help, then it'd be whether both of us combined would take over an hour). On the statue, I'll definitely take 20 if I can. Otherwise, take 20 unless Cade (or someone else) does something that'd stop me (which is, admittedly, subjective).

(OOC: Taking 20 on all that stuff would take vastly more time than an hour. Just Taking 10 on every square of the outer walls will take a bit under 40 minutes. I'll have him take 20 on the statue first)

*After examining the statue Anton thinks there might be a passage under the statue, but if so, damaging the statue or the area around it would risk collapsing that passage completely. Perhaps there is a way to move the statue.*
