The gnome takes more than a glance at the mystical fey cousin as she approaches and seems to take a stance of authority or was it a haughty air? Gneil listens to the banter and goings to and fro nodding in agreement to the payment hopping on a nearby bench to peek at the list. Dwarves? This should be interesting. He thought to himself before hearing the human mention his name with the promise of food... who did he think he was some traveling money machine?? Seeing as the present matter of foreign barbarian invaders was far more pressing than confronting Leather about overextending his previous promise of food to others Gneil decided to keep silent about it and move with the group. Being his first real adventure since leaving his homeland the gnome was feeling a bit overwhelmed and followed close to Leather, "I think as stubborn as dwarves can be this Boomer should have no issue helping us defend the very docks where he nightly kills his dwindling braincell count. Though if I might add my opinion I believe we are not looking at the possibility of being completely outnumbered! Should they have us beat two barbarians for every ONE militia men we will be pushed back into the civilian streets rather quickly.. yes explosions are pretty but the focus should be to hold them at the docks.", his voice rambles a bit as he does sometimes when excited not knowing how much of it the fighter could comprehend or bothered to listen to. The gnome moves over towards the (his sized) owlbear and peers over it's features wondering what feat of arcane creation spawned this species as it would hardly be considered natural. [OOC]Wow I'm gone for 20 hours defending freedom and we have another page and a half of RP.. being on the other side of the world has its disadvantages haha![/OOC]
