Adventure: Lord Byron's Lost Silver (DM: Tenchuu, Judge: H.M.Gimlord)

Kane, Hergunna, I will give you an opening! Wil looks towards the priest and smiles. You have lost the battle, fiend, and soon your creations will all be gone. The priest becomes enraged and moves foolishly towards Wil.

[sblock=OOC] Don't forget Rhyme of the Blood Seeking Blade! I could have had Kane hit last turn. Now if Hergunna or him miss by 6 or less I can attack as an immediate interrupt. I will roll it below...

Standard: Cutting Words on Father Niris 1d20+8=28 (CRIT!) for 1d8+6=14 + 1d6=4 for 18 damage and I pull him 2 squares to F12
Move: Shift to J15, gain +1 to AC/Reflex

Immediate Interrupt: 1d20+11=28 Hits anybody for 1d10+6=15 damage and they get -5 to ALL DEFENSES

Charina continues to methodically provide support fire, flitting from shadows to shadows, keeping a grip on her mounting frustration. He technique is definetly a little off tonight.

[sblock=Actions]
Minor: Reload
Move: H17
Standard: Preparatory shot
vs Father Neris (1d20+16=26, 1d20+12+2=22, 1d10+8+2d8=22)

damn, that's a miss because even though Neris has 22 AC, I was shooting through his buddies so he had +2 cover.

I am missing a ridiculous amount of time for someone who mostly shoots at +14!

[sblock=ooc]Ok, so after Wil's turn Hergunna is now flanking the priest with Kane on the other side, which does not really help.

is there any way for her to also get a flank on the wrathborn now? I'm not seeing it even with her ability to shift 3 squares between attacks. :(

If the priest is not pulled, and Kane moves to F11 to attack him, then Hergunna attack #1 is vs. priest with flanking from Carolina, then shift to G13 for attack #2 with flanking from Kruk. Downside is Kane will provoke OA from wrathborn, though Kruk has him marked and would get an opportunity attack of his own from that.

Kane's attack on the priest would be without flanking of course, but with Wil's interrupt it might almost be better if he misses?

I guess I'll see what Kane wants to do. renau1g, if you're planning to move someplace where I can't use you to flank, let me know so I can go first. (And I'll probably just do an at-will and stay where I am so you can still flank in that case.)[/sblock]

[sblock=ryryguy] I'm confused, do you only dazed the second target, because right now you can Attack, shift 3 to flank the wraithborn, and attack again?[/sblock]

[sblock=johmeier1]No, both attacks daze (if they hit).

Kruk moved into position to flank with Kane's current position. So there's no way Hergunna can get a flank too. (Unless someone else moved adjacent to the wrathborn and I missed it?)[/sblock]

[sblock=position] I actually don't see by the map how Kruk could have shifted from H13 to G11 (does he shift 2?) Maybe that is why I was confused.[/sblock]

[sblock=ooc]
Yeah. I'm a bit confused on the shift vs movement. How many spaces (if any) are you allowed to shift in a turn? Is what kruk did a legal move?
[/sblock]

[sblock=Kruk]You can move, but not shift, to that square. However, you'll trigger an OA from the Wraithborn. Instead, you could just cancel the move (i'm being nice, since you don't need the +2 anyway, given your roll). That would give Hergunna good position for CA. Or, you could let the move stand, giving Kane the CA, and then roll the OA.[/sblock]
