Hasifar fights with the slippery terrain, and somehow he reaches the creature, to stab at it, sending yet another wave of mental assaults to the other creatures. "Now Artemus, finish'im!" But somehow, the foes seem real resistant to his mental attacks. Knoepf smiles as the tide of battle seems to be turning. He continues to focus on Boruuk. " Hit it Boruuk and feel the warm of the silver flame.." Boruuk's enemy turns a silvery hue and screams in defiance. Artemus doesn't take time and stab the creature for a serious wound. "You go down!" he tells to the creature. Although still bothered by his stinging eyes, with Hasifar's distraction, Artemus just manages to strike a vital organ. Tirial moves close to the wall and turns her focus away from the farther enemy to the one Artemus is combating. The eladrin fires a pair of arrows that streak towards the foe. One slams into it, but the other skips off the water once before disappearing in the muck. Boruuk continues his battle with the sewer spawn while the rest of the party focuses their fire on their target. The goliath does his best with the close quarters, but his attacks have less "punch" than normal. Boruuk continues to try and peel off the creatures limbs. Just like Artemus, Boruuk's stinging eyes prevent a solid blow until Knoepf's silver flame shows him the way to a successful strike. As he does so, he also feels the healing power of the silver flame. He then gets the last of Otyugh 2's clinging tentacles off of himself. Just in time for Otyugh 1 to yet again grab and rake Boruuk. Otyugh 2 again tries to grab Boruuk, but fails. Frustrated, Otyugh 2 stops fighting Otyugh 1 over Boruuk and moves closer in search of easier prey. Seriously wounded, Otyugh 3 flees in fear. [sblock= OOC] Hasifar misses Otyugh 3. Note: Hasifar's second attack never occurred because the first attack was an odd roll. Velmont, the only encounter power Hasifar still has is Thundering Roar. He has used his others. Knoepf hits Otyugh 1 with Astral Seal. Artemus hits Otyugh 3 for 21. Tirial hits Otyugh 3 for 12. Boruuk hits Otyugh 1 for 9 and escapes from Otyugh 2's grab. Otyugh 1 grabs Boruuk for 12. Otyugh 2 misses Boruuk. Otyugh 3 moves away. Hasifar and Artemus each get an Opportunity Attack against Otyugh 3 if they so desire. Tirial 16/45, bloodied Artemus 22/39 Boruuk 32/51, grabbed by Otyugh 1, -2 to attacks while in aura 1 stench Otyugh 1 23, marked, -2 penalty to all defenses TENT (Knoepf's) Otyugh 2 19 Otyugh 3 78, bloodied, quarried, fleeing Hasifar 41/41, -2 to attacks while in aura 1 stench Knoepf 34/40 Note: I misread the disease rules. Boruuk and Artemus did not yet contact the disease and lose a healing surge from it. We'll handle that at the end of the encounter. The entire floor is difficult terrain due to water, potholes, and slippery slime. Normal light currently consists of the 5 squares within Knoepf's location. Low light vision is 5 squares beyond that. I'm using the yellow triangle to indicate visually a creature that has some form of condition or grabbed or marked or some such. You'll need to check the text here to find out the specifics. I'm using the little red dot to visually indicate bloodied. And I'm using the shading to represent the auras. It's Hasifar's turn. [/sblock]
