"Jack, didn't you feel weaker when you were bitten by those big rats? Were they poisonous or diseased? Maybe we should stick with the fungi and the bone rats. Plus, its the short way." Mintrik says. He'll be fine with either decision though.

"Well, a nod's as good as a wink to a blind man, as my mother used to say," Jack comments. "The short way it is."

He sneaks ahead carefully, disappearing into the shadows with his bow at the ready.

Hide +15, Move Silently +13, Listen +8, Spot +6.

"Short way, ok. Lothé is ok with that." and follows Jack. The group moves about 60 feet down the tunnel, the only sign of life the constant chittering of rats, and the occasional spots of mold. Apparently out of habit, Lothé scratches of a bit of some bluish mold, then shakes his head muttering he doesn't need it anymore.

Jack is the first to see a familiar sight down the tunnel - one of the lumps of fungus moving straight towards the adventurers.

Initiative Order:
Jack - 23
Mintrik - 21
Fungus
Lothé - 15 (+2 Dex)
Reilin - 15 (+0 Dex)
Shadowlyn - 11
Shilo - 6 (+3 Dex)
Loskrad - 6 (+1 Dex)

The fungus is 40 feet away at the moment.

Jack takes a few steps forward, and releases his arrow toward the lump of fungus... Perhaps he can take it off guard.

Move forward to within 30' and attack with bow.
Attack: Short Bow +6, 1d4 damage, +1d6 if Sneak Attack.

Loskrad prepares to defend his allies and strike the fungus, should it come close enough.
