EDIT: Uh, maybe people thought this was an April Fool's Day Joke or something.
The short-short version: I'm looking for suggestions of an adventure (free, published, Dungeon, whatever) that would work in a backdrop of two countries at war. Some of the players might actually be from one or another of the countries, or a mixed group from both sides. The countries aren't "good" and "evil" - they are just having political, economic, and religious differences.

I'm thinking of doing a short "one-shot" adventure for my group that takes place on the opposite side of the world from where they are now.
Short Background:
The players are from "The West" (roughly, Spain), but through a series of circumstances have had to travel across the world to "India" (in geographic terms) and have spent the past 10-12 sessions slogging through the Banewarrens. They've still got about 2 chapters left but I think they need a break. Given that Divination magic is severly limited in my world, they haven't really heard much news from their homeland since they've been gone.
My idea was to have them all create new characters and then run them through an adventure that takes place back their home country. Here's the kicker, though: while they've been gone, the countries in the West have gone to war. It was just boiling to a head around the time they left.
For the countries at war (keeping all technology levels equal, at roughly the default D&D level), we've got essential 15th Century "Champion of Medieval Catholicism" Spain going to war with 18th Century "Reason & Englightenment, but with a lot of Ennui and Government Corruption" France. The "France" equivalent country has less manpower than the "Spain" country, and it's also mostly landlocked so they will have a difficult time getting supplies.
I'm looking for a published adventure I could use to run in this type of setting (with a war backdrop). Level is irrelevant because we'll be creating new characters for this adventure.
Suggest away!
