Szass Tam, Halaster and Fzoul are a few other possible choices for black.Possibly Vecna as a Black (mana) Planeswalker. Mordenkainen would probably be in Blue, Elminster in White or White/Red.

If we make that assumption, that suggests more Planeswalkers than normal, given the Draft booster drop rate for this particular group of cards.
Taking Core 21 as an example, a single Mythic Rare has 0.83% odds per Draft booster (1/15 of Mythic Rares, which appear in 1/8 boosters), matching the "less than 1%" from the blurb.Do we know the total rate drops for other Planeswalkers for other sets?
But then M21 had six planeswalkers, so the odds are 6/15*1/8-> 1/20= 5%, even if there are less planeswalkers, the odds remain over 1%.Taking Core 21 as an example, a single Mythic Rare has 0.83% odds per Draft booster (1/15 of Mythic Rares, which appear in 1/8 boosters), matching the "less than 1%" from the blurb.
I always saw him as Green/Red...Drizzt White Green, he's a Ranger Monk now.
I don't see how Arena makes core sets redundant. The main reason they were brought back was that they needed a product that included lots of reprints, specially of the evergreen cards for standard.Rosewater said that Core Sets don't use the sports names, he didn't say they were ever doing one again. They have a two year turnaround for product decisions, so if Core 2019 wasn't well received Core 21 may have been past the point of no return to cancel, but future Core Sets might not be in the works anymore. Arena has sort of made the Core model obsolete.
Right, that's part of what makes this weird: that's the drop rate for a single Mythic Rare. This suggests they are doing something new and odd here. But then M21 had six planeswalkers, so the odds are 6/15*1/8-> 1/20= 5%, even if there are less planeswalkers, the odds remain over 1%.
But another big part was a place for people to step into the game, but now they have Arena for that. They haven't gone into the reasons Core Sets are gone again, so we'll see when they do go into that.I don't see how Arena makes core sets redundant. From what I'm seeing, this set is a core set in all but name (and well, limited to a single world that isn't a normal Magic plane). But another big part was a place for people to step into the game, but now they have Arena for that.
