Sword of Spirit
Legend
I use the D&D Multiverse as my setting, so I encompass (at least in theory) all of the published settings and any home brews we make.
Our current mega-campaign has each of the 5 party members hailing from a different world: Toril, Oerth, Krynn, and two homebrew worlds. So far we've spent time on three of their homeworlds, been to Ravenloft, Sigil (and some other planes), and the Isle of Dread (taking the 5e idea of making it actually be on the Border Elemental Plane of Water, with storms that allow travel from it to Mystara and other worlds).
That said, I don't actually like to bring in non-D&D IP. It just feels less like D&D to me, the further I get away from official TSR/WotC material, and when I'm using the D&D rules, I'm intending to play D&D.
