Excellent advice. I saw several people lined up waiting to play in two of my four game slots, and obviously some of them were turned away once the game was full. That would suck!
I ran a KAMB game last year off the cuff, and it went fine. But like you, I feel the pick-up/open games area needs improvement. Anyone know if the genCon folks plan to address this matter for 2004?
