Advice for School Mastery prestige classes

I have a copy. A good game shop might still have it.

So, is it in the Wizard's Handbook? Because I can easily pick up the ESD on svgames. (Along with the Druid's and Ranger's, since they have cool alternatives to the whole "forests are the only ecosystem we care about" thing...)

And it does have the stuff about "a specialist wizard will get this benefit on reaching a certain level, because of their dedication to their craft"? Like Abjurers might get some defense-related bonus, an Evoker might get some enhanced spellcasting strength, and so on?

Well the Complete Wizards Handbook does have some stuff along those lines as I remember. Also, Players Option: Spells and Magic has rules for special powers for specialists and they were i think somewhat more extensive. But they both cover it. And of course PO: S&M also has specialists in schools of effect (including the elementalist) and specialists in schools of Thaumaturge (like the Song Mage). I have both books. Somewhere along the way I might could pull them out and post the stuff, after the holiday.

Merlion, I don't want you to get into trouble (vis a vis, copyright violations).

It's enough to know where the stuff exists. I can easily buy them next time svgames offers a discount, when I have money available.

Oh I forget about that. Its to bad I havent read them in so long or I'd remember most of it. a lot of it in at least one of em had to do with there save bonuses increasing.
Of course eventualy I will have my school mastery prestige classes finished...if I can get people to give me some feedback beyond saying its overpowered..
