Background, Goals and Dreams: A group of interrelated Seaking families merged their assets to successfully defeat the massed military might of House Stormcrown a century ago. After the truce negotiated by House Draven, the JRTC turned to commerce and found it to be more profitable than raiding.
Enemies and Allies: The JRTC has forged powerful alliances in the Guild Council and among the inland Noble Houses. House Stormcrown has neither forgiven or forgotten their defeat and remain bitter enemies.

15 - 22 Mate: a trusted and seasoned veteransailor. Reinvestment of your stake
in the voyages leaves you in good stead. Gain an income of 10gp per month, for
every 2 months it is reinvested, it increases by 1gp per month.
23 - 29 Master: a cunning and knowledgeable seaman, if not a captain. The
skills and instincts developed from decades at sea more valued than ever. Gain
a follower, a Mate expert 7th (sailor). Gain Perform (oratory) +4.
30+ All Master: one of the secret leaders of the JRTC, hunted as they are
by House Stormcrown even to this day. Gain the ability to cast Control Weather
1/day and Call Lightning 1/week, at the cost of having to dodge assassins every
few months.
