The game went off without a glix. I used the Martial Artist class from Asgard Magazine to make a swashbuckler, a Fighter to make the classic knight, a Barbarian to make a viking, a wizard to make a pyromancer (one of my freinds loves fire) and then a female fighter archerer. All third level.
The bandits were all commoners with 1 hit point and 10 AC. Said bandits stole a plaque from a tavern that the PCs went to often and the PCs went to get it back. The first fight took place in a small ruined two story cabin and it was interesting to say the least. Everyone charged inside and fight and as they were doing so the pyromancer lit it on fire from the outside... as the cabin burned around them the viking (who didn't make contanct with his great axe) threw his weapon aside and then began picking up bandits and tossing them into the flames and through the walls. The female archerer decided she was a pacifist and dropped her weapons into the fires and helped stabalize the dieing bandits so they could see a fitting trial... this is when it got interesting.
The viking hit her. The knight attacked the viking. The swashbuckler attacked the knight. The mage, who didn't really care about what was going on inside, began drinking some wine and watched the fire burn.
By the time the cabin collapsed the only one alive to stumble out was the swashbuckler. The wizard then promptly chugged the wine, lit a match and spat fire into the guys face (his form of burning hands). The mage then walked back to town.
Thats how it ended. They loved it. were going to play next week.
