After looking at minions and creating them... it seems to be straightforward.

I was looking at the goblin cutter (minion) and then the goblin blackblade.. basicly what i found out is this. They are exactly the same, except the minion has 1 hp, and the damage is a set average damage.

The cutters damage is 1d6+2, so what i assume is that they did max damage and then halved it. Thats all i can tell that a minion is.
