Mulhorand is ruled by mortally incarnated Gods,  most of whom are neutral and good, and very expansionist in nature,  with a desire to take back what was theirs, filled with Paladins and Clerics and Celestials and, so on,  perfect antagonists for evil characters.</p></blockquote><p></p>
