Against the Giants?

Nope. Isn't all that hard to convert. Standard giants. Standard Dragons. Use them as is from the MM/Draconomicon. I'm sure you can pull the other NPC's from other d20 adventures. 15th level wizard, 6th level priest, etc...

You might want to pull out an old 1e AD&D Monster Manual so you can size up the giants and compare them with 3.X giants. The last person I heard of that ran ATG using 3.x said that the 3.x giants are a bit more powerful than their 1e counterparts.

Daniel Collins did the G module conversions that are in the library, and they are truly excellent. He had also suggested running the modules with lower-powered versions of the giant races. I've posted 3.5 versions of 1st-edition style giants on my website (http://home.gwi.net/~rdorman/frilond/rul/dm/index.html , under "Revised True Giants").

My players have almost completed a 3.5e conversion of G1-2-3 with the lower-powered giants, and it's been a blast.

I've run these conversion AS IS for three seperate groups. The first was a party of 8th level characters, and they got wiped out (TPK) by the Hill Giants. The 10th level party I ran these for survived until the Frost Giants, and then got wiped out (TPK). Finally, I ran it for a group of 12th and 13th level characters, and they pretty much laid waste to everything.

So, I'd recommend only running them as is for 10-12th level PCs.

Yeah, even with the lower-powered giants, there are still a few areas that were just TPKs waiting to happen. For those places, I reduced the numbers encountered somewhat to at least bring it within +4 EL of the party's level.
